Leaks black residue
While attempting to grind some meat for steak burgers the meat was not moving through the worm. I removed the worm and the meat from the chute of the FGA only to discover that my fingers were covered with a black residue from the black (plastic/rubber) piece of the worm. The black residue also appeared on some of the meat. Has this item been recalled? Isn't this a health safety hazard?
After re-attaching the FGA the bowl would not sit straight and the entire FGA turned when I turned the power on. I made several attempts to ensure the FGA was flush with the KA and that I had it screwed on tightly. Is there a threading issue with this that causes it to slip?
